Zeolitsko društvo Srbije - Serbian Zeolite Association

Serbian Zeolite Association (SZA) is a voluntary, professional, non-profit and non-political social organization that has been created with an aim of bringing into association both persons as well as institutions for the purpose of accomplishing common interests in the area of research, application and promotion of zeolites and zeolite-like materials.

Taking into account the fact that the research of natural and synthetic zeolites and of the zeolite-like materials has been for a number of decades actively pursued in several research institutions in Serbia, and the fact that the Republic of Serbia possesses probably the largest deposits of natural zeolite in all of Europe, Serbian Zeolite Association, constituted in December 2011, has for its aim a better public promotion of zeolites both at home and abroad. In addition, SZA aims toward an efficient international linking of scientists and specialists in all areas of research and application of natural, synthetic and modified zeolites, and the related micro- and mesoporous materials.

2020 Summer School of the European Federation of Catalysis Sociates (EFCATS), will be held from 15-19 September 2020 in Grand Hotel Bernardin Convention Center in Portorož - Portorose, Slovenia.
