Venue
Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, is situated in south-eastern Europe on the Balkan Peninsula. Belgrade is one of the oldest cities in Europe and has been an important crossroads between eastern and western Europe since ancient times. The city lies at the confluence of two international waterways, the rivers Sava and Danube, which surround it on three sides.
The Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy presents one of the leading academic and research institutions in Serbia, with a rich tradition straddling more than 100 years. Its origins date back to 1905, while the independent Department of Technology was established in 1925, marking a century of continuous development celebrated recently.
Located in the central part of Belgrade, at 4 Karnegijeva Street, the Faculty offers a good academic environment and well-equipped infrastructure, making it an excellent venue for hosting international scientific conferences.
